Graham White

The IMC is saddened to hear of the sudden death of Graham White on Friday. 

Graham was one of the major stalwarts of the IMC and a former vice-chair. An enthusiastic and safe mountain leader who was the soul of the party and a big supporter of many. A truly reliable and inspirational friend with an amazing sense of humour. He organised and led many club weekends, was involved in Expeditions to Iceland, Eurotrek to Italy and a major contributor to Zimbex, working with communities in Hwange area - in one of the medical centres at Mbale is the Graham White Ward. He took many of us for a walk which led to us enjoying and exploring mountains for a lifetime. Graham was so proud of his family, his amazing children and his great team mate and wife, Linda who came on many club weekends One of the best and definitely a great inspiration.

He is survived by his wife, Linda and four children, Tom, Maddy, Rhianna and Kieran and our sincere condolences go out to them.
